I'm part of the core backend team for SAKI, a multi-tenant platform that handles sensitive client and documentation data across web and mobile. My work centers on Laravel, relational databases, and modern backend practices to keep the system stable, scalable, and maintainable as the product grows.

At Woven, I designed and maintained middleware that connected HubSpot with inventory, customer, and appointment systems for clients like Cortina & Sincere Watch and The Learning Lab. I worked mainly with Express.js, MySQL, Laravel, Zapier, and Prisma ORM to deliver reliable data syncs, custom workflows, and reporting triggers.

At Onyx Island, I built and maintained APIs and middleware for clients such as Poh Heng Jewellery, Farm Fresh Malaysia, and NTUC First Campus. I worked with Laravel and Express.js, integrated with HubSpot and internal systems, and used NSQ, Redis, and cron-based jobs to support real-time messaging and scheduled data syncs.

At cmlabs, I developed SEO tools (e.g., Meta Checker, JSON-LD Generator, Broken Link Validator), a lightweight analytics dashboard, and a keyword rank tracker. I also contributed to "cmlabs 3.0" by refactoring APIs to Express.js, introducing Redis caching and Google Pub/Sub for async processing, and managing large SERP datasets in MySQL and MongoDB.

At Gloob Media, I built and maintained backend modules for an academic campus system, an e-commerce store, a video streaming platform, a secondhand motorcycle marketplace, and a POS system for a healthcare college. The stack centered on PHP (CodeIgniter), MySQL, and jQuery, and I later helped introduce Firebase and Flutter to extend some products to mobile.

I worked on two key internal products: a Travel Agency Financial Monitoring System and an E-Exam Platform for academic assessments. My responsibilities included designing MySQL schemas, implementing business logic with PHP/CodeIgniter, integrating jQuery-based forms, and keeping the applications stable and performant.
